On Wednesday, September 12, the Chester County Economic Development Council (CCEDC) will bring together business professionals from diverse industries to discover how to better attract and retain employees using a variety of incentives.

Members of CCEDC’s various Industry Partnerships and initiatives – Health Care Connect, HireOne, Innovative Technology Action Group (ITAG), Ideas x Innovation Network (i2n), Manufacturing Alliance of Chester and Delaware Counties (MACC/DC), and the Smart Energy Initiative (SEI) – along with the public are invited to attend the presentation and networking session from 5pm to 7pm.

Those involved in recruiting, hiring, or retaining talent for their organization can be challenged to find innovative and effective methods for continued success.
