CharleSound Fest an Evening of Fun, Food, and Music Set for Tonight at TCHS Pickering

By

The Technical College High School (TCHS) Pickering Campus will host the CharleSound Fest – an evening of fun, food, and music – on its newly renovated grounds on Wednesday, Aug. 8 from 5:30-8:30 PM.

The event will be held rain for shine, and the first 250 people to arrive will receive a free t-shirt.

Community members will experience live musical performances by Slamm, the house band of the Philadelphia Flyers.

Interactive demonstrations by TCHS students will include hands-on activities for kids – like birdhouse building, making slime, and more – and how-to demos like pet grooming, tire changing, and culinary.

The Brandywine SPCA will be present with adoptable pets, and Valley Forge and Kimberton fire trucks will also be on hand.

Food from Uncle B’s BBQ Shack, Saloon 151, Dump ’N Roll, and Petrucci’s Ice Cream and Water Ice will be available.
