The Arc of Chester County has received a grant from Arthur Hall Insurance and Westfield Insurance Foundation to help individuals with disabilities and their families in Chester County and the surrounding areas.
“Through the support from the Westfield Insurance Foundation and Arthur Hall Insurance, we can increase our efforts to deliver critical services to individuals with disabilities through our Family Support Services program and Comprehensive Employment Services,” said Jeanne Meikrantz, Executive Director of The Arc of Chester County.
“These funds directly translate to work placements, community inclusion and engagement, and social skills acquisition for those with disabilities. It also helps combat caregiver burnout, as these services that are rendered in the community provide a break from caregiving for the families, thus providing an increase in stability for the family unit.”
“At Arthur Hall Insurance, we believe in the shared responsibility to help strengthen the communities we call home,” said Nicole C. Grebloskie, Personal Lines Vice President at Arthur Hall Insurance. “We are proud of our collaboration with Westfield and the collective impact to critically important initiatives, such as those provided by The Arc of Chester County, that are essential to so many people.”
This year, the Westfield Insurance Foundation has donated more than $500,000 to neighborhoods across the country.
