This position meets with delinquent borrowers, discusses borrowers’ problems concerning making payments, and requests payments; maintains detailed records of all contacts and actions taken with borrowers; and verifies and mails out late notices, maturity notices, and delinquency letters.
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work at a high efficiency, while dealing with large volumes of work; and the ability to adhere to collection policy procedures and guidelines, while working under strict time constraints.

Reconcilement Administrator (Downingtown)
This position oversees the daily reconcilement of internal bank accounts, including bank money order, cashier, and accounts payable checks; verifies signatures and endorsements on items presented for payment; and processes research requests submitted by retail staff.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of experience working with banking products; competency in PC and other software skills, including Word, Excel, and Fiserv; excellent internal and external customer service skills; and excellent communication skills.

Loan Documentation/Loan Operations Administrator (Downingtown)
This position creates internal commercial loan documentation packages for new loans and change in term documents; provides support and assistance to customers and answers internal inquiries requiring research; and books new loans into the company’s core loan processing system.
The ideal candidate will possess experience handling varying loan products and handling confidential data; a minimum of two years of direct experience working in a documentation preparation environment and reviewing loan packages; and experience with SBA Loan Documents.
