Life of Bianca Roberson Commemorated with Memorial at Rustin High School

The life of Bianca Roberson, the Rustin High School graduate who was murdered in a road-rage incident last year in West Chester, has been commemorated with a memorial, writes Courtney DuChene for NBC 10.
Michelle Roberson has donated a bench to Rustin’s library in her daughter’s honor to preserve the memory of both Bianca and her brother Mykel, who died of heart disease four years ago.
“I can’t thank you guys enough for keeping Bianca’s name and Mykel’s name alive,” said Roberson.

Bianca, a member of the basketball team and Black Student Union, was shot just days after graduation. Before the dedication, a ceremony was held to honor Bianca, where her mother spoke about the impact she hopes her daughter’s death will have.
“Bianca’s going to do more in death than she would have in life. She brought this group together,” said Michelle Roberson.
