The Exton office recently elevated three associates – Ashley L. Beach, Michael J. Meehan, and Matthew J. Redding – to partner.

As a member of the firm’s Litigation Department, Beach focuses her practice on commercial disputes and creditor’s rights. She has successfully represented clients in state and federal court proceedings, as well as magisterial district justice court.

As a member of the firm’s Health Law Practice, Meehan handles a wide variety of corporate and transactional matters for healthcare professionals, with an emphasis on the dental industry.

Redding focuses his practice on corporate and health law matters. He regularly counsels physicians, physician groups, ambulatory surgical facilities, and other healthcare providers on a variety of matters related to the medical practice, including contract negotiation and drafting, sales and acquisitions of medical practices, and state and federal licensing and regulatory matters.

West Chester University

Chester County’s Board of Commissioners awarded a proclamation to WCU for its commitment to address mental health issues on campus and in the area through its Community Mental Health Clinic, as well as its training certification courses in Mental Health First Aid.

WCU Community Mental Health Services (CMHS) is affiliated with the West Chester University Doctor of Psychology Program. As a nonprofit training and research facility, the Community Mental Health Clinic provides low-cost, cutting-edge psychotherapy and testing to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.

The Clinic, which officially opened on campus in August 2017, offers a wide range of psychological services, as well as specializations in trauma-related disorders and child and adolescent mental health.

Chester County G.O. Carlson Airport

The airport will receive $850,000 in state funding for a new hangar apron and new hangar facilities.

“Investments in our aviation infrastructure will help support commerce, boost our economy, and bolster our workforce,” said State Sen. Andrew Dinniman.

The funding comes through the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation’s Aviation Transportation Assistance Program. The hangar projects are expected to cost more than $1.6 million in total.

The Chester County G.O. Carlson Airport project is part of 17 projects across the Commonwealth that will receive $9.8 million in total funding through the Aviation Transportation Assistance Program.
