CCCBI’s Women Influencing Business Committee to Honor Pair at Annual Dinner

The Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry’s Women Influencing Business Committee will honor WSFS Bank’s Shari Kruzinski and CTDI’s Andrea Jones at its annual dinner on Thursday, June 7 at Waynesborough Country Club in Paoli.

This year’s keynote speaker is Audrey Brady, Manager of Sikorsky, A Lockheed Martin Company.

As the Senior Vice President and Director of Retail Business Initiatives, Kruzinski will be honored with the 2018 Female Business Leader of the Year Award. She boasts more than 30 years in the banking industry and currently leads overall market strategy, client development, and sales management for WSFS Bank.

Kruzinski also oversees the bank’s regional managers who run the day-to-day operations of five retail markets. A working mother of four, she attended Wilmington University and is currently attending ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking.

“Some of the most memorable experiences in my life, aside from starting my family, have been the opportunity to mentor, create professional opportunities for, and work with brilliant women in business,” said Kruzinski. “I thank the Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry and the Women Influencing Business Committee for this humbling recognition, WSFS Bank for the opportunities I have received throughout my 29-year WSFS career, and most importantly, my family for their unending support.”

Jones, Marketing Manager for CTDI, will be awarded the 2018 Emerging Leader of the Year Award. She currently fulfills a strategic and hands-on role responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic global marketing plans. She’s also responsible for the strategic communications across all levels of the business, as well as its marketing efforts.

“I am honored to win the Emerging Leader Award,” said Jones. “I look forward to continuing to work with the CCCBI and CTDI to pay it forward with future emerging leaders through creating opportunities for professional development in Chester County.”

Jones is involved in the United Way leadership development program and Women’s TechConnect Initiative mentorship program. A graduate of West Chester University who received her MBA from Saint Joseph’s, she was elected Vice President of WCU’s Alumni Association.
