Litigation Associate

This position participates in all aspects of commercial litigation, including taking depositions, drafting and arguing motions, and taking cases to trial.

The ideal candidate will possess a J.D. degree; two to four years of commercial litigation experience; a strong academic record and excellent writing skills; and licensure to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
