Civil Project Manager

This position directs company staff involved in assigned projects, including project engineers and CAD technicians; monitors and controls project staffing, schedule, and budget; and mentors staff on engineering and land development topics.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil or environmental engineering; Professional Engineer certification; and a minimum of five years of relevant experience with the land development approval process, including project management.

Civil/Site Engineer – Land Development

This position collaborates with a team of professionals on challenging and exciting land development projects, while gaining valuable engineering design and project management experience.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil or environmental engineering; a minimum of three years of relevant experience with the land development approval process, including grading, E&S, and stormwater management; and experience in the preparation of site/civil plans and documents.
