The Chester County Chamber Foundation will host its Annual Foundation Gala on Saturday, March 3 at The Desmond in Malvern.

The Gala is the Chamber Foundation’s major fundraiser, and its proceeds contribute substantial resources to the Chamber Foundation’s mission, which focuses on youth leadership and development.

Participation in the event allows the Chamber Foundation to invite students to be involved with the award-winning Youth Leadership Program and provide college scholarship opportunities.

The evening – the theme of which is Speakeasy – will feature:

• a silent auction
• dinner
• bar
• table games
• live music

Each school year, the Chester County Chamber Foundation offers juniors and seniors an opportunity to participate in the Youth Leadership Program. The YLP offers opportunities to learn about Chester County-based career options and paths, and to interact with leaders of major industries countywide.

The Chamber Foundations aims to use the business landscape of today to inspire a diverse collection of leaders for the future. The long-term objective is to endear students to this marketplace, so they want to stay or return to Chester County to pursue their careers.
