Wawa Adds to Its Already Impressive Range of Coffees

By

Wawa has added to its already impressive range of coffees with Wawa Reserve, a selection of small-batch, limited-edition coffees from around the world, writes David Landsel for Food & Wine.

Wawa is already well-known for its coffee, as it’s made fresh all day and tailors to various tastes with choices like Cuban Roast and French Vanilla.

The Delco-based chain of convenience stores will showcase a new line of coffees made from beans that come from a very small percentage of the available global supply. One of these is 100 percent Kenya AA, which is grown at a high elevation and considered one of the best in the world.

Interested customers can read up about the new coffees on a helpful card. It includes an explanation of the growing process and tasting notes. For example, it describes Kenya AA as having “notes of dark berries and cocoa with lingering black tea-like tannins for a dry finish.”

To sweeten the deal, Wawa is also running a special promotion with every size of coffee just $1.
