Bailey & Ehrenberg, a law firm based in Washington, D.C., has opened a new office in West Chester, led by attorney William T. Wilson, who has been practicing law in Chester County since 1984.

The new office brings together decades of ERISA and employment law experience with the attorneys at the firm’s headquarters.

“Having grown up here, it was always my aim to be able to serve the people of Chester County,” said James Bailey, the firm’s co-founder. “There’s nobody in the county that can match the breadth and length of Bill’s employment law experience. And he is also a retired Army Colonel, so he fights hard for our clients.”

Clients of Bailey & Ehrenberg’s West Chester office benefit from the firm’s nationally recognized employment law practice, which recently earned top recognition for “Best Law Firms” in the 2018 edition of U.S. News & World Report – Best Lawyers. The firm received a National Tier 1 ranking for its ERISA litigation practice, and also received recognition for its Bankruptcy practice.
