General Counsel

Chatham Financial is seeking a General Counsel to serve as the chief legal officer and provide legal guidance and counsel in executive, corporate governance, policy, and client decision making and appropriately address legal and compliance risks.

The ideal candidate for the General Counsel position will have a J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school, 10 or more years’ experience as a practicing attorney in a sophisticated environment and substantial experience in finance. An MBA and international legal and tax experience a plus.

Marketing Technology Manager

Chatham’s Marketing team is seeking an experienced, customer-focused marketing technology (MarTech) manager who will own the company’s public website as well as lead future initiatives including performance optimization, search optimization, and direct work for channels.

Candidates should have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, design, computer science, or equivalent practical experience, have a strong knowledge of SEO practices, and be well versed in WordPress, Google Analytics, Marketo, Salesforce and similar platforms.
