MONTCO Today, a sister publication to VISTA Today and DELCO Today, has a new owner and publisher, Stan Huskey.

Huskey has spent the past 20-plus years writing and editing stories in Montgomery County for The Norristown Times Herald and Digital First Media.

Last February, Huskey retired from Digital First Media and took his company, CuttingBoard Consulting, out to Elmwood Park Zoo, where he shares his expertise in government affairs, public relations, and marketing, helping the zoo with its impressive expansion plans. American Community Journals, the parent company of VISTA Today and DELCO Today, is led by owner and founder Ken Knickerbocker. A lifelong resident of the Delaware Valley and current events junkie, Knickerbocker launched VISTA Today in November 2014 to share positive, upbeat stories about Chester County’s daily economic, community, and cultural developments.

Knickerbocker’s company has since grown exponentially to include Montgomery County and Delaware County platforms.

Like VISTA, MONTCO Today is a daily journal dedicated to the Montgomery County business community, telling success stories about companies and individuals and stories that are just fun to read.

Huskey is president of CuttingBoard Consulting, a company he founded in 2013, president of the Montgomery County Citizens Advisory Council, and treasurer of the Greater Norristown Society for the Arts. He has served on numerous boards throughout Montco. He lives in West Norriton with his wife, Sue.

Stan Huskey can be reached at shuskey@montco.today.
