Maintaining focus on its primary purpose amidst a changing digital landscape is how 2120 Creative – a Chester Springs-based firm that offers consulting, professional, and marketing services – has grown so quickly, writes Harold Brubaker for the Philadelphia Inquirer.

Firms that fail to set boundaries when it comes to the adoption of the latest and greatest technology can end up struggling.

“It’s very easy to lose focus,” said Brandon Steiger, 2120 Creative’s president. “You have to be very almost scripted in your approach and say, this is who we serve, this is why we serve them, and then, lastly, what are the (client’s) goals?”

On Thursday, Oct. 26, 2120 Creative will accept its place in the Philadelphia 100. Presented by The Wharton Small Business Development Center, Entrepreneurs’ Forum of Greater Philadelphia, and Philadelphia Media Network, this recognition names 2120 Creative as one of the Top 100 fastest-growing, privately-held companies in the region.

The formal award recognition comes on the heels of the company’s rebranding effort. Formerly known as Synergema, 2120 Creative’s new name and branding more closely reflects the agency’s growth into a leading national creative consultancy and its increasingly diversified business relationships.
