The application process started in March. After a company registers, a survey is sent to both employees and employers. To be eligible, the company has to employ at least 15 people in Pennsylvania.
The winners were selected based on their highest combined scores in review of a business’s workforce policies, practices, philosophies, systems, and demographics and employee survey results.
Ryan Unger, President and CEO of Team Pennsylvania, said that the publishing of the list is an exciting time of the year as it is a great “opportunity to acknowledge the leaders and people that propel Pennsylvania’s outstanding workforce.”
