New CEO of West Chester’s Lasko Holdings Optimistic About Company’s Future

Terry Carlson, the new CEO of West Chester’s Lasko Holdings, is optimistic about the company’s future, and he plans to continue its growth.

Lasko Holdings, one of Chester County’s oldest businesses, has found its new CEO in Terry Carlson, a veteran in the consumer products industry, writes Brian McCullough for the Daily Local News.

Lasko was started by Henry Lasko in Philadelphia at the start of 20th century. The company built a factory in West Chester to manufacture its range of fans, portable heaters, and other products in the early 1960s.

Carlson has now taken over the helm from Jerry W. Levin. Levin had been serving as interim CEO since the company was purchased in November by Comvest Partners and JW Levin Management Partners.

Carlson has worked for a number of consumer product companies during his three-decade career. He said that his plan now is to continue to build Lasko’s brand, and ensure that it can expand even further.

“I am honored to be joining Lasko, which has a great tradition of serving its customers, as well as being a clear market leader,” said Carlson. “Lasko has both great people and products, as demonstrated by their long-term track record of building quality products.”
