Plaza Plan for Gay, Church Streets in West Chester to Be Proposed Tonight

The West Chester Borough Council will “consider the proposed ‘Plaza’ Plan for the Mosteller Building at 17 North Church St” – located at the corner of Gay and Church streets – at its regular Council Workshop Session.
Eli Kahn, the developer and property owner, has indicated to Council his desire to move forward with this development with the approval of Council. He will make a presentation outlining his proposal. This may be of interest to downtown West Chester stakeholders, and the public is invited to attend at 7 PM at:
