With that in mind, the Brandywine Health Foundation is looking for volunteers for this year’s Strawberry Festival, the four-day extravaganza that has become a staple of fun across the Chester County landscape and is a critical fundraiser that benefits the community in a myriad of ways.
Volunteers will receive free parking, a fashionable Strawberry Festival t-shirt, and most importantly, the satisfaction of being involved with a wonderful community event. Volunteer support has a transformative impact in the greater Coatesville area through the following beneficiaries: The Coatesville Youth Initiative, Coatesville Area Public Library, Thorndale Volunteer Fire Company, and the Coatesville Rotary Club. Together, they are helping to make the Coatesville area a healthy, safe, and vibrant community.
There is limited availability for volunteers, so please sign up today.
The Strawberry Festival is open:
- Thursday, June 1 from 5-10 PM
- Friday, June 2 from 5-11 PM
- Saturday, June 3 from 12-11 PM
- Sunday, June 4 from 12-6 PM
Volunteers are needed for Strawberryland tickets, costume characters and costume character guides, game booths, refreshment areas, and more.
Volunteers can sign up online by clicking here. They can also contact Stephanie Vargas, the Associate Director of Special Events for the Brandywine Health Foundation, at 610-380-9080 X 105 or email@example.com with any questions.
The Brandywine Health Foundation will be hosting volunteer t-shirt and parking pass pick-up on Tuesday, May 30 from 3:30-7 PM at the Courtyard Marriott in Coatesville. Volunteers may “drive-thru” and pick up their items during this time. They may also pick up for friends and family. If you are unable to pick up your t-shirt and parking pass at that time, they will be held on festival grounds for you.
