Fox Rothschild Moves into Bigger Office Following Rapid Growth in New York

By

Following the firm’s rapid growth, nationwide law firm Fox Rothschild, which has an office in Exton, is moving its New York office into a larger space.

Fox Rothschild has been having trouble keeping up with its rapid growth in New York for some time, and had been forced to continuously rent more space to accommodate new hires, writes Jeff Blumenthal for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The firm with an office in Exton decided to get in front of this problem by switching buildings. The change will move it across the street into a new, 50,000-square-foot space. This will provide enough room to accommodate all of its staff and lawyers in the Big Apple in one place.

“It’s our fastest growing office,” said Mark L. Silow, Chair of the Firm.

The most recent addition is a six-lawyer team from Dentons mega firm. They focus on emerging companies and venture capital work, and are led by partners Randolph K. Adler Jr. and Michael H. Chung.

Adler will serve as the firm’s national co-chair of emerging companies and venture capital, together with Elizabeth Sigity and Michael Weiner. Michael Harrington, from the firm’s Exton office, is considered to be among the leading local lawyers for emerging growth companies.
