The Chester County Food Bank, formed in 2009 to address the escalating hunger problem in the county, will host a community Open House on Saturday, March 25 from 10 AM-12PM.

Guests will have the opportunity to tour the CCFB’s 36,000-square-foot facility in Exton, learn about its work in the community, meet some of its community partners, and find out how to get involved.

There will be some kids’ activities and food tastings. Guests can even shop local with the CCFB’s friends from the Eagleview Farmers Market.

The CCFB’s primary goal is to have a viable, sustainable organization that secures, manages, and distributes food to those in need. Today, the Food Bank is the central hunger relief organization serving more than 120 partner agencies in Chester County. Its staff is comprised of passionate people dedicated to the mission.
