Exton Mall’s Red Star Craft House and West Chester’s Levante Brewing Company will team up tonight (Wednesday) to host a special beer-pairing dinner from 7–9 PM at Red Star.

The dinner, which costs $40 per person, plus tax and gratuity, features a delicious winter menu perfectly paired with four beers from Levante Brewing Company. The brewery’s mission is “to infuse artisan craft brewing with new-world styles for the present-day beer enthusiast, all while delivering full-flavored artisanal beers of exceptional quality to Philadelphia’s western suburbs and beyond.”

“This four-course beer-pairing dinner is one that has appeal for all palates,” said Red Star’s special events manager Ken Eiswerth. Check out the full menu below:

• First Course – Baby Arugula Salad: Goat Cheese, Apples, Crispy Prosciutto, Citrus Vinaigrette Paired with Bianco Wit
• Second Course – Crawfish Mac & Cheese: Gouda-Cheddar Beer Sauce, Oven-Roasted Tomatoes Paired with Panic Room IPA
• Third Course – Roasted Chicken: Basil Pesto, Mushroom-Leek Risotto, Crispy Tasso Ham Paired with The Duke Belgian Tripel
• Fourth Course – Mini Waffle Ice Cream Sandwich with Bourbon Whipped Cream Paired with Bourbon Barrel Aged Bullitt Train Imperial Stout
