A woman who has for years pioneered executive leadership and industry-altering innovation has earned her way onto Business Insurance’s prestigious Women to Watch list.

Delphia Frisch, the COO and Executive Vice President of Wayne’s Genex Services, a trusted provider of managed care services that enables workers’ compensation payers and risk managers to transform their bottom lines, was recognized last month at a leadership conference and awards gala.

Frisch has had a long-time role in helping steer Genex’s trajectory from a business concept to a household name in medical cost management, according to a WorkersCompensation.com staff report.

“Delphia has been at the forefront of developing the core foundation of Genex’s services across its history,” Senior Vice President of Case Management Tim Howard said.

“Many of the cost-containment concepts Delphia introduced at Genex have become well-recognized within the company, stood the test of time, and ultimately, been adopted by customers and industry competitors.”
