Data Management

This position manages and designs the company’s time series databases. He/she focuses on time-series estimation, client relations, documentation, process management, and/or team management. The person collects, works with, and understands data from sources around the world.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree with course work in economics, finance, statistics, or related fields. He/she will have an excellent academic record and a strong proficiency in computer use. The person will have strong interpersonal, collaborative, and problem-solving skills.

Intermediate Accountant

This position records monthly journal entries for various entities based on U.S. and global accounting standards. He/she prepares monthly account reconciliations, and concisely explains variances. The person assists in preparing additional account analyses, and gathers documents for internal and external audits. He/she researches and clears reconciling items on accounts.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. He/she will have a minimum of one to three years of general ledger accounting experience. The person must have experience preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and analyses.

Associate Business Analyst – Financial Systems

This position enters and applies all global cash receipts and investigates/resolves unidentified and unapplied cash receipts. The person processes financial adjustments, including cash transfers, write-offs, and un-posting. He/she processes and reports on all credit-card and PayPal sales and payments.

The ideal candidate will have one to two years of experience in an accounting or accounting system-related function. He/she will have prior experience in the financial services industry, dealing with a wide range of individuals and departments. The person will preferably have enterprise software suite knowledge, including PeopleSoft, Hyperion, or SAP.
