Senior Business Analyst

This position analyzes, validates, manages, specifies, and verifies the exact needs of project stakeholders, customers, and end users. He/she serves as a conduit between the customer community and the software development team, through which the project requirements flow. The person provides cost specifications and outline designs of IT requirements, specifying the data, files, and logical operations the system will perform.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science. He/she will have a minimum of three years of relevant experience with at least one year in an external, customer-facing role. The person will have experience in the insurance or financial services industries.

Director of Client Services

This position serves as the primary liaison between the company and multiple, concurrent customer projects. He/she has responsibility for providing quality customer implements and achieving target profitability objectives. The person engages in all project management tasks, developing, managing, and communicating detailed project plans to ensure that tasks are completed on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business, project management, MIS, computer science, or a related area. He/she will have 10-15 years of experience interfacing with external clients in a project management role. The person will have experience in implementing projects from beginning to end for small to mid-sized companies.

Actuarial Developer

This position identifies individual product components and features, estimates development costs, and develops calculation engines according to customer specifications and/or service requests. He/she communicates with internal and external customers and builds relations and provides customer support. The person keeps abreast of any regulatory changes affecting illustrations.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, information technology, or a related field. He/she will have a minimum of three years of working experience in a development or illustrations-type role. The person will have business product knowledge, especially life and annuities.
