The ArborRidge office complex in Malvern.

Proving the strength of the local real estate market, another office complex in Malvern, ArborRidge, has been sold for $24.3 million, writes Natalie Kostelni for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

Located off Swedesford Road, the three-building, 128,627-square-foot complex has been purchased by Bryn Mawr’s Pembroke Hobson, which specializes in buying real estate in the suburbs.

The complex was sold by Alliance Partners HSB, also from Bryn Mawr. Alliance bought and completely redeveloped the property, previously known as the Trinity Corporate Center, four years ago before renaming it ArborRidge.

One of the key changes was contemporary glass facades on the buildings. Also, close to 5,000 square feet has been transformed into amenities, including a training and conference facility, fitness area and café, and outdoor gathering spaces.

The investment worked, as now all three buildings are at full occupancy. This readied the stage for the recent sale, arranged by James M. Galbally, Erin Miller, and John Plower of Jones Lang LaSalle.
