Assistant Director of Information Services

This position leads, organizes, and develops the help desk and business operations teams. He/she manages the performance and hires employees within the two groups. The person ensures the consistency and maintainability of existing applications by creating, maintaining, and enforcing standards and procedures for implementing technical solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Windows 7/8, Microsoft Office 2010/2013, Microsoft Office 365, Sophos Antivirus, Active Directory User & Group management, RSA SecurID, and remote access technologies. He/she will have a strong background in hardware and network connectivity troubleshooting and diagnostics. The person will have experience with help desk ticketing systems and deployment technologies.

Contracts Specialist

This position is responsible for all aspects of contract administration and post award compliance for various commercial, government, and international agreements. He/she conducts document preparation and review, preliminary risk assessment, identification and assessment of key terms and conditions, drafting alternative contractual language, and contract maintenance. The person assists the sales and business development teams in purchase order negotiation, acceptance, and processing.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and one to three years of experience in contracts administration. He/she will have demonstrated understanding of contracts administration, contract types, and negotiation strategies. The person will have working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and DOD procurement procedures and related regulations.

Systems Administrator

This position works with a team of IT leaders on implementing breakthrough technology to solve some of the world’s hardest aerospace problems. He/she works with a variety of technologies, including High Performance Computing, Virtualization and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure, High Performance Networking, and High Availability/Clustering technology. The person will research and identify new technology for implementation.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field. He/she will have a minimum of five years of IT experience. The person will have experience in the most current technologies and products used in the industry.
