Spin Studio CycleBar to Open in Exton

cyclebar-logoSpin studio franchise CycleBar will open its first Pennsylvania store on October 24 at Main Street in Exton, writes Lisa Dukart for Main Line Today.

CycleBar offers spin classes for up to 55 people with heart rate, calories burned, resistance, as well as speed all recorded and provided after the session ends.

One session usually burns 500-700 calories with a less intense, yoga-inspired experience also available.
