Customer Success Manager

This position works with C-level executives to ensure successful account management. He/she helps ensure the long-term success and satisfaction of the company’s manufacturing customer base by proactively communicating with customers and becoming a trusted partner. The person drives customer awareness of new products and services within the company’s ecosystem and assists with the demonstration of new products and advanced application capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and three consecutive years of experience in customer or account management at the executive level. Manufacturing/batch process industry knowledge and strong communication skills are a plus.

Data Specialist

This position extracts, transforms, and loads data to prepare for integration with one of the company’s ERP platforms. He/she will collaborate with manufacturing customers during the data validation phase to ensure accuracy and drive operational efficiency. The person will partner with internal teams to maintain the company’s ridiculously high implementation success rate through the timely completion of data conversion.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and an understanding of relational databases. He/she should have experience with expression languages, including Excel formulas, SQL queries, Crystal report expressions, or scripting languages. IT, server admin process, and data analyst experience is a plus.

Implementation Consultant

This position works with manufacturing customers to design new business practices that drive efficiency and have a tangible impact on the customer’s operations. He/she travels to customer facilities to train users on the company’s ERP software after successfully mapping out their business practices. The person works with the implementation project team and collaborates with the development team.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and is familiar with ERP, manufacturing, or accounting. Travel is required up to 50 percent of the time. Experience in supply chain management or logistics, ERP or business software implementation, and working with customers on business process improvement projects is a plus.
