Years of juggling the pursuit of a master’s degree, two children, a husband and a successful business have equipped Ashvini Mashru well for her role as a highly respected dietician nutritionist, and her drive for helping others achieve the most out of life has taken her to an elite level.

The Malvern founder of Wellness Nutrition Concepts has risen to star status in four short years; she was just named to Main Line Today Magazine’s honor roll of 2016 Women on the Move.

With an eye toward busy working women, she teaches individuals how to make permanent healthful eating habit changes to effectively lose weight, lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels, manage diabetes and thyroid issues, sleep better and have more energy.

“The key to my success is the gift of determination, persistence, patience and serial optimism that I have been given. Mashru and Wellness Nutrition Concepts have also garnered accolades as this year’s Best Nutritionist and Dietician in the Main Line Media News Reader’s Choice Awards, Philly Current magazine and Main Line Parent.

And when she’s not working, Mashru is sharing her leadership skills as a director for Hotties 4 Humanity in Glen Mills and several other civic organizations, such as the Eastern Pennsylvania Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
