Chadds Ford Live: Hope Fading for Saving Historic Crebilly Farm

By

Crebilly Farms, a 300 acre family owned farm acquired by Toll Brothers earlier this year, sits at the northwest corner of the Routes 202 and 926 intersection.

Despite attempts by residents, historians, and preservationists to save historic Crebilly Farm situated at the intersection of Routes 202 and 926 in Westtown Township from development, their hopes of success are fading, writes Kathleen Brady Shea for Chadds Ford Live.

After Horsham’s Toll Brothers obtained an agreement to buy the 330-acre property in July, it notified Westtown Township supervisors it would be submitting a plan to build over 300 homes.
