GWCC Hosting Ultimate Night on the Town With Autumn Gallery Walk

By

A magical evening of art, dining and shopping awaits West Chester residents on Oct. 7 with the GWCC’s annual Autumn Gallery Walk.

West Chester laid out its own yellow-brick road to a magical evening of art, dining and shopping with the annual Autumn Gallery Walk of the Greater West Chester Chamber of Commerce last Friday, Oct. 7.

The evening featured a journey through an intriguing blend of urban sophistication and small town ambiance.

Thousands experienced masterpieces made by local, national and international artists in styles from traditional to contemporary and everything in between. Exhibits included paintings in watercolor, acrylic and oil, as well as sculpture, photography, jewelry, ceramics, textiles and more.

Many hopped around dozens of spaces. A real stand out was the Erica Brown exhibit.

“My studio is usually a solitary space where I focus to do my artwork. It’s a refreshing change to have guests visit my studio at events such as the gallery walk. It enables me to give viewers a more hands on experience with my work. Whether they are strangers or friends, I’m excited to welcome whoever comes to visit my messy and much loved space,” said Erica Brown.
