The Chester County Commissioners have announced Landscapes3, a strategic planning initiative to balance development and land preservation.

Landscapes3 is focused on addressing the environmental and growth challenges that the county will face over the next ten years as PA’s most affluent county continues to grow and thrive.

“The success of Landscapes and Landscapes2 is evident,” said Commissioner Kathi Cozzone. “Now is the time to begin the groundwork to carry our vision on for another decade.”

To help with the process the County Commissioners are looking to the public to provide their input. This can be anything from participating in online discussions to attending the town meetings that will be held across the county.

“Public participation has been a key to the success of our comprehensive plan, and we strongly encourage all Chester County residents to provide feedback for the development of Landscapes3,” noted Commissioner Michelle Kichline.
