Application Developer

This position will effectively analyze technical requirements, and participate in project planning and advise project team of all options to deliver business requirements most effectively. He/she will plan and execute system tests, write complex code, and form complete descriptions of all specifications required. The person will take technical information and translate it so that all stakeholders understand the project, and suggest ideas for creating utilities and streamlining.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree – preferably in Computer Sciences – and have experience with VB.NET or other object-orientated programming languages and SQL Server 2005/2008. He/she should have experience with Agile methodology and strong programming and design skills.

Tier 1 Support Analyst

This position will ensure customer satisfaction by providing Tier 1 support for hardware, software, connectivity, development, and product-specific problems. He/she will handle Tier-1 service issues from clients. (Service requests may be received via phone, email, or chat feature.) The person will escalate issues as necessary, and provide training to client base to educate them on new products and to provide routine refresher programs on their existing products.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have at least one year of experience in a customer service environment utilizing phone, web, chat, and email communication methods. He/she should have knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Word, Power Point, and Excel. The person will also have knowledge of client and server operating systems, and machine architectures in a Windows environment.
