Kennett Square’s Turf Equipment and Supply will Relocate to West Chester This Fall

Kennett Square’s Turf Equipment and Supply has acquired a 3.2-acre industrial facility in West Chester, Pa for $2.8 million, according to an article by Corporate Property Executive.

Larry Bergen of Colliers International and Steve Italiano of Italiano Commercial Real Estate Services brokered the deal which will relocate Turf Equipment and Supply into the Birchrun Industrial Park at 16 Hagerty Blvd, which formerly housed VF Technologies.

“The company will occupy about 21,670 square feet of clear-span, crane-served space with contiguous offices. The balance of the building is a two-story office structure fully occupied by professional services tenants.”

The move will bring “new jobs and significant investment to a portion of previously vacant space, while retaining the roster of tenants who provide professional services throughout the region.”
