C&I Commercial Relationship Manager (West Chester)

This position will originate commercial mortgages, commercial line of credit, equipment loans, and term loan requests by calling on prospects and existing customers. He/she will understand and comply with loan policy, and explain recommended exceptions along with mitigating factors. The person will analyze and process loan requests, and document and close approved loans, ensuring all required documentation is included.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related business field. He/she should have 8-15 years of relevant experience in the field, as well as thorough knowledge of Commercial loan origination. The person should also understand the principals of lending law and C&I loan practices.

Senior Wealth Advisor (Chester County)

This position will ensure compliance with all federal regulatory and state regulations in conjunction with booking new business. He/she will champion a sales culture in Wealth Management, and bring in new business that is acceptable from a compliance and policy standpoint. The person is responsible for achieving new business development goals.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the wealth management environment, and have a demonstrated a history of successfully closing new business opportunities. He/she must have strong prospecting and interaction skills, as well as relevant industry knowledge with a solid understanding of economics, investments, and complex fiduciary matters.

Premier Banking Advisor (Downingtown)

This position is the lead member of the branch sales team and is responsible for all branch operations in the absence of the Branch Manager. He/she will lead by example by meeting goals in all sales activities, and will support, coach, and motivate team to exceed sales activity goals. The person will also ensure customer service is maintained at high levels and branch is operating efficiently.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree or have the equivalent banking experience with a minimum of three to five years of direct-sales experience. He/she will have strong sales, interpersonal, and supervisory skills. The person must have thorough knowledge of features and benefits of all bank consumer products and services.
