The beauty and harmony of the Kennett Square venue is an appropriate setting for celebrating Gallagher’s two successful years leading the Board.

After serving in the Marines from 1964-1967, Gallagher began his legal career as a solo practitioner in Kennett Square, and was also the Chester County Public Defender. He became a founding Partner in the MacElree Harvey Law Firm.

Gallagher has served as President of the Chester County Bar Association, and has also served as a Hearing Committee Member for the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

His commitment to the community has earned him a number of awards, including Outstanding Service to Cancer Control and Chester County Women’s Commission Unsung Hero.
