Project Architect

This position is responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including working jointly with Design Principals relative to the internal and external tasks of managing, executing, and coordinating architectural projects. He/she will prepare design and construction documents, and manage/coordinate construction administration services.

Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and a broad base of experience, at least 10 years, in all aspects of design, documentation, and construction administration. A first professional degree in architecture (B. Arch or M. Arch) and architectural licensure is required. An advanced command of Revit is essential. Multifamily, mixed-use, senior living, healthcare, and/or higher education design expertise is a plus.

Senior Interior Designer

This position is responsible for a variety of tasks including independently managing interior design projects through all aspects of the design process. He/she is tasked with developing and meeting project schedules and budgets, and maintaining client interaction and client satisfaction. Responsibilities may also include supervision of junior designers.

Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and will be proficient in the development of program documents and generation of space planning concepts. A Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design is required with successful completion of the NCIDQ exam preferred. An advanced command of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Photoshop, and PowerPoint are essential.

Architect/Designer

This position is responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including working jointly with Design Principals relative to the internal task of organizing, executing, and coordinating project assignments. The person will also prepare design and construction documents, and coordinate construction administration services.

Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and a broad base of experience – at least five years – in all aspects of design and construction administration. A first professional degree in architecture (B. Arch or M. Arch) and current pursuit of architectural licensure is required. An advanced command of Revit is essential. Multifamily, mixed-use, senior living, healthcare, and/or higher education design expertise is a plus.
