Trust Global Plus Customer Service Representative

This position will be the point person for providing front-line customer support, with emphasis on researching and resolving Client problems, for Tier-1 Client base. He/she will meet with clients weekly (Conference Calls) to define client priorities and needs. The person will also be responsible for problem resolution and be able to resolve more application type problems without having to go to the Product Architects, second level support, Service Manager or Development.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any field, and have at least four years of customer service experience in a financial software service company or trust industry related experience. Strong communication and customer liaison skills are required, as well as the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.

Information Risk Security Leader/RISC Liaison

This position serves as a trusted security advisor to assigned FIS business units in a broad range of activities. These activities include vulnerability management, network and application security practices, security metrics, issue tracking, and audit activities. He/she will be responsible for the safeguarding of assigned business unit’s people, information, and physical assets across locations.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Management, or a related field. He/she will have a minimum of five years of experience serving in a security leadership role. High quality communication and task prioritization skills are a must. Experience working in the financial services industry is preferred.

Senior Customer Support Specialist for FIS Global Plus

This position will identify areas of education needed to assist the customer and work with customer to build a plan for and implement the training needs identified. He/she will determine methods/audience of education required, and deliver that education. The person will assist the customer’s user base with their goal of improving organizational efficiency.

This position will define a timeline and meet that timeline to reduce issues and improve time to resolution, including multiple approaches such as education, software updates, and process improvements. He/she will also coordinate with customer’s helpdesk regarding prioritization across items assigned.
