Director of Fulfillment & Production

This position will develop long-term and short-term functional operating plans, and control functional resources and activities to advance the overall corporate agenda. He/she will design, implement, and constantly improve material handling, inventory control, and shipping processes to optimize throughput, minimize cost/investment, and satisfy customer demand. The person will also demonstrate foresight and vision in identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement of scalable fulfillment operations.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field, and have three to five years of supervisory experience in a related high-volume distribution center environment. Superior leadership, management, and interpersonal skills are required. Working knowledge of personal computers and facility with common business applications, including both spreadsheet and word processing software (i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.) is also required.

Senior Retail Accountant

This position is the lead responsible for daily accounting and reporting within the retail accounting work stream, including sales/accounts receivable, chargebacks, CGS/inventory, deferred revenue, sales tax, royalties, merchant banking fees, and sales return reserves. He/she will provide supervision and guidance to assigned staff, and complete higher risk and higher complexity tasks. The person will also lead the preparation, analysis, and reporting of monthly inventory and cost of goods sold.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance – CPA, CMA, and/or MBA preferred – and have at least six years of relevant and progressively responsible accounting experience in a high growth environment. A mix of Big 4/National public accounting and private industry accounting experience is preferred. Thorough knowledge and understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) with specific knowledge in the areas of revenue recognition and retail accounting is required.

Digital Marketing Analyst

This position will be responsible for web analytics, marketing analysis, and catalog-data management. He/she will work collaboratively with all marketing channel managers, the e-commerce/user experience team, and other departments as needed from an analysis perspective. The person will also be responsible for creating/updating reports, ad-hoc analysis, and test creation.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, e-commerce, mathematics, or another related field, and will preferably have one year of e-commerce experience. He/she must have excellent analytical skills, including the ability to quality-assure, clean, and analyze large data sets in order to draw conclusions and develop recommendations.
