Chester County’s growing health care empire has a new prescription for better serving its patients through streamlining its administrative operations: Main Line Health is consolidating more financial jobs to a third major office space lease.

With 130,000 square feet in Newtown Square and 100,462 square feet in Radnor already, Main Line Health just bolstered Newtown Square as its main headquarters by signing a lease for another 87,000 square feet at Ellis Preserve near the intersection of Routes 3 and 252, according to a recent Philadelphia Business Journal report.

“This move will create efficiencies in operations,” spokeswoman Bridget Therriault said in the article. “The space will be an open floor plan, similar to the corporate space we opened in Radnor several years ago.”

The new deal with Equus Capital Partners provides for a spring move-in at the million-square-foot development, just as it plans to open the Shops at Ellis Preserve, featuring a Whole Foods Market, 135-room hotel and 100,000 square feet of dining and shopping options.
