Project Manager

Frontage Laboratories, in Exton, is seeking a Project Manager to provide clients, sales team and internal project team with the technical supports. The Project Manager will represent Frontage with clients and prospective clients at on-site and external meetings, and provide technical and scientific input on biologics services and client projects to sponsors and potential sponsors.

The qualified applicant will have a Ph.D. or M.Sc. degree in related scientific discipline with relevant experience, preferably at least 5 year, working in a laboratory. Experience in preparation and handling various cell lines, tissue culture media and other reagents for cell-based assays such as Neutralizing Antibody (NAb) assays is preferred.

IT Support Specialist

Frontage Laboratories is looking for a IT Support Specialist who will be responsible for Providing Tier-1 helpdesk troubleshooting and user support. The Support Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and maintenance of email, network devices, phones, printers and scanners, and for archival of electronic data from multiple systems across divisions (Bioanalytical/Biologics/DMPK/CMC).

The qualified applicant will have Bachelor’s degree in related Information Technology discipline and at least three years of relevant work experience. Regulated environment experience is a plus.

Clinical Proposal Specialist

Frontage Laboratories is looking for a Clinical Proposal Specialist to serve as the primary liaison between the client, Frontage Business Development and Operations teams to ensure that a proper project scope is developed and contracted. Once hired, the Clinical Proposal Specialist will coordinate and work with in house scientists regarding study designing, protocol generations and report preparations and review for clinical services, and evaluate feasibility to perform specific studies in regards to clinical conduct, bio-analytical and statistical capabilities of Frontage.

The qualified applicant will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in medical or life science discipline with at least one year related experience. Strong interpersonal skills are required.
