There is a busy slate of events and activities scheduled for today.

The Exton Region Chamber of Commerce’s monthly luncheon at Delaware County Community College’s Exton campus focused on helping students and younger employees discover their 3 P’s: Passion, Purpose, & Potential.

The Greater West Chester Chamber offers a review of Chester County’s Public Transportation Plan and what it means for the business community at their monthly lunch at the West Chester Golf & Country Club.

The Western Chester County Chamber of Commerce hosts a community meeting from 5:30pm to 8pm at the Coatesville Moose with a dialogue with residents to acquire feedback on desires and visions for the future of Route 30.

Christopher McDougall, the international best-selling author of Born to Run, will discuss his latest book Natural Born Heroes: How a Daring Band of Misfits Mastered the Lost Secrets of Strength and Endurance at Penn State Great Valley in Malvern.

There are no calendar events scheduled for Thursday, September 17th.

Friday morning the Chester County Human Resources Association (CCHRA) holds their monthly meeting at the Whitford Country Club beginning at 7:30 AM.  The focus of the breakfast is a presentation by Michael Cohen of Duane Morris about how creating and embracing diversity during the hiring process is not only is the right thing to do, but absolutely essential.
