Key Account Manager

DSM is seeking an Account Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers. The Key Account Manager will generate and execute key account plans for clients of the Natural Materials CoE, build and maintain privileged relationships with key personnel in partner companies, and actively investigate and understand partners’ needs, organizational structures, and operating principles.

The qualified applicant will have a Bachelor’s Degree, at least 5 years of industry experience, with at least 3 years experience in the medical device industry or a similar technical industry. Skills in solution selling techniques and value selling for products and services is required.

Biomaterials Engineer III

DSM is looking for a Biomaterials Engineer who will act as a proactive participant in cross functional teams that may coincide with daily production. The successful Biomaterials Engineer will perform fabrication processes on a lab-scale level necessary to prototype, sample and evaluate biomaterials and/or related implants or devices, and design, fabricate and/or specify fixturing, tooling and equipment necessary for the development of biomaterial products and processes.

The qualified applicant will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Plastics, Biomedical, Mfg. or related field. Good written and oral communication skills with the ability to lead or function as part of a team are a must.

Software Quality Engineer

DSM is seeking a Software Quality Engineer responsible for software-related requirements, hazard analysis, and impact assessments for change control.

Once hired, the Quality Engineer will create custom Excel forms, execute Software Validation Protocols for Quality Software, Engineering Tooling and Laboratory Equipment, including a full software lifecycle that concentrates on the creation of software requirements, software hazard analysis and software testing.

The qualified applicant must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering or related field, and experience with Virtual Machine Systems and basic server administration. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are  required.
