Frontline Technologies, in Malvern, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst who will be responsible for creatively designing system experiences to keep team moving quickly and eliminate roadblocks in the business and financial systems. Once hired, the Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for interacting with internal/external teams to understand their needs, improve systems by studying current practices and designing modifications.

The qualified applicant must have a B.S. in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field and be proficient in Microsoft Excel, customer relationship management, enterprise resource planning systems and other software-as-a-service based systems.

Content Marketing Specialist

Frontline Technologies, in Malvern, is seeking an experienced marketer who is passionate about great content that attracts, engages and converts leads to sales. The position will work closely with the Content Marketing Manager to support a strategy of building thought leadership, raising awareness, nurturing leads and driving sales through targeted content. The Marketing Specialist will be working with the Content Marketing Manager to implement content strategy across a variety of products and channels, reviewing/editing content from other content producers on the team, as well as Co-managing the editorial calendar.

The qualified applicant must have a Bachelor’s in English, Communications, Marketing or a related field, at least 3 years experience with marketing writing and editing, have experience using social media for marketing and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Quality Assurance Engineer

Frontline Technologies, in Malvern, is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer. The Quality Assurance Engineer services the agile development teams by providing technical test solutions that supplement and enhance the manual testing efforts and is responsible for developing test automation scripts that accurately execute and validates test case workflows.

The qualified applicant must be proficient with testing web-based applications, web architecture, and server performance monitoring techniques. The Quality Assurance Engineer must have the ability to interface with individuals at all levels within an organization.
