A Chester County business leader has been appointed by Gov. Tom Wolf to serve on the board of the Delaware River Port Authority.

Marian Moskowitz, an owner of Phoenixville’s refurbished mixed-use educational, corporate and event center, Franklin Commons, will provide one of two suburban perspectives for the interstate transportation agency.

“These qualified appointees will bring important expertise and diverse perspectives to the Delaware River Port Authority,” Wolf said in a Philadelphia Business Journal report. “DRPA’s work is vital to our economic success, and these professionals will help the Commonwealth create jobs that pay for middle-class families.”
