United Way Of Chester County Urges Residents To Help Financially Disadvantaged Families Stay Warm

2.20.2015 United WayUnited Way of Chester County is inviting the community to help them raise $25,000 within the next 72 hours to help financially disadvantaged families fill their tanks with heating oil, propane or pay their electricity bill during this very cold winter.

Funds will be distributed through local United Way Partner Agencies who provide basic need services.

Those who would like to help may go online here and make a gift to the Big Hearts, Warm Homes Fund or send a check to: United Way of Chester County Big Hearts, Warm Homes Fund, 211 N. Walnut St., West Chester, Pa. 19380.

The United Way is also reminding people to check on the welfare of vulnerable neighbors during the cold snap.
