Nordstrom, Inc. says it plans to relocate its Rack store at The Overlook at King of Prussia to the King of Prussia Town Center, next to retailers including Wegmans and ULTA Beauty.

The Rack will move into a 35,000-square-foot space set to open in fall 2016. The property, adjacent to the King of Prussia Mall, is being developed this year by JBGR Retail.  Nordstrom Rack is a retail division of Nordstrom, Inc., offering trendy apparel, accessories and shoes at prices 30-70 percent lower.

JBGR Retail plans a 250,000-square-foot retail and dining destination with 18 buildings at the King of Prussia Town Center.  The center is a joint venture between Rosenfeld Realty and The JBG Companies. The firm has more than 65 properties in Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Washington DC.  Read more about the development in Philadelphia Business Journal.
