A Malvern resident with commercial lending experience in Paoli and across the region has been promoted at TD Bank to the position of senior vice president and the role of regional vice president for Delaware and Chester counties.

Fourteen-year business banking veteran Rachel M. Wilner will work out of Devon as she oversees TD’s regional commercial, retail and government banking operations, according to a recent Wolfe News Wire report. She moves up from the region’s relationship manager; she also has past experience at M&T Bank in Paoli.
