A $10 million village set up to test Chester County first responders in all manner of emergencies is nearing an April completion date.
Four acres of buildings, crosswalks and utility poles in the five-county region’s first comprehensive tactical village now await some finish paving and warm weather-dependent materials, according to a Philly.com report.
That key portion of the public safety training campus in South Coatesville was originally hoped to be done by the end of 2014.
